Furniture only, where cupboards and drawers have already been emptied — £400 to £550

A full one or two bedroom flat with everything still in it — £600 to £1,000

A full three or four bedroom property — £1,000 to £2,500

Heavily cluttered or hoarded properties — priced after a free visit

Instead, we look at the practical details of the job: how easy the property is to access, the amount of labour involved, and the volume and weight of what needs clearing. That way the price reflects the actual work, with nothing added on for the sake of it.
