Guide prices for house and flat clearances across London and the South East. All prices exclude VAT. Our minimum charge is £250 + VAT.
A few items or a single room — £250 to £300
Furniture only, where cupboards and drawers have already been emptied — £400 to £550
A full one or two bedroom flat with everything still in it — £600 to £1,000
A full three or four bedroom property — £1,000 to £2,500
Heavily cluttered or hoarded properties — priced after a free visit
These are guide prices rather than quotes. Every job is priced on access, labour and the volume and weight of what needs clearing. We agree a fixed price before anything is moved, so there are no surprises.
Pay nothing upfront. You only pay once the job is complete, by bank transfer.
