The Situation
This property was in very poor condition throughout, with every room heavily cluttered from years of accumulated belongings. Access was restricted across the entire house, including stairways and key walkways.
The condition extended beyond the interior — the garden was also heavily overgrown and filled with items, making it difficult to fully assess the property or begin any further work.
